You Threw Me Away? I'll Evolve into Gyarados!

On the first day after transmigrating into a Magikarp, my owner threw me into the river. "Useless. You can't even battle. Get lost." Then I awakened a data panel: potential SSS+, Individual Values all MAX, evolution path: Gyarados. Trainers all over the city use their Pokedexes to inspect Pokemon. I use my panel to see through all their hidden cards. You threw away this useless fish? Then just wait and watch how this piece of garbage crawls its way from the trash heap to become the legend of the whole city.
