Naruto: I Set My Own Missions and Rule the Uchiha Clan as a Villain

Yishu transmigrates as the younger brother of Shisui Uchiha, and from the start he faces two choices: follow his older brother down the moderate path and eventually have his eyes gouged out by Danzo before jumping into a river, or completely let loose and pull everyone into his own rhythm. He decisively chooses the latter.

Danzo comes to warn him? He slips a laxative straight into the man's teacup, making the Shadow of the Shinobi soil himself in front of everyone in the Hokage's office. Shisui wants to talk ideals with him? One cup of a spiked special drink knocks him out on the spot, and Yishu uses the chance to forcibly replace his eyes with his own Mangekyo. Itachi comes to have a heart-to-heart? Yishu responds by setting up a quest System with the goal of making Uchiha Itachi question his entire life.

The most ruthless part is that at the age of three, he created a long-term quest for himself: attain the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. The System grants cumulative rewards based on his progress, and he can also mix in various custom quests along the way, such as "Make Danzo embarrass himself in public," "Drug Shisui," and "Trick Itachi into thinking I'm the Fourth Hokage reincarnated." Completing them earns him all-around enhancements to his eye power, physique, and chakra.
