Kamen Rider: A Blank-Slate Zi-O Steals Build's Power Before Everyone

Li Pingyang transmigrates to Blue Star and, as expected, receives the power of Zi-O at the awakening ceremony. However, the testing equipment identifies his Rider as unknown and his abilities as nonexistent. The entire school assumes he has awakened as a blank slate.

A monster just happens to storm into the auditorium at that moment. Li Pingyang transforms in front of everyone and cuts through the monster horde alone with his sword. Then he walks up to the campus belle, Yan Ling, sticks his blank Ridewatch onto her Build Driver, and copies her power in full view of the crowd. Red and blue armor overlays Zi-O's base form, and a rapidly spinning drill precisely pierces the vital spot of an Insectron adult. The students go from laughing at him to staring in shock.

But this is only the beginning. Zi-O's true ability is to continuously copy and master the powers of Kamen Riders throughout history. The mishap at the awakening ceremony is just the start. Dai Shocker's shadow looms over the entire city, and even stronger monsters are gathering in secret. The boy everyone mistook for a blank slate is steadily making his way toward the throne of Ohma Zi-O.

When the hands of the golden clock begin to turn, everyone who looked down on him will understand that all of time and space will be under his sole control.
