Pokemon: Blind-Drawing a Weedle with Champion-Level Potential

Lu Yuan is reborn as a high school senior, but the world is no longer the one he knows. Humans and Pokemon have coexisted for a thousand years, yet the powerful clans have blocked every path to success for trainers from humble backgrounds. The whole school draws a Starter Pokemon at random. As the top student in his year, he reaches in with his eyes closed and pulls out a Weedle! The entire class bursts into laughter, and his best friend Bai Yuning nearly starts a fight on the spot.

But Lu Yuan has bound to the Fate-Reversing System, which can endlessly enhance a Pokemon's potential, Abilities, and items! His beginner pack grants him the Pokedex Eye and Aura. One look at the egg reveals the shocking truth: an unusually colored, jet-black Weedle with blue potential! A single System enhancement sends it soaring to purple, Elite Four-level potential, and changes its Ability to Run Away, a lifesaving skill. Everyone else thinks he's a loser, but tucked in his arms is a terrifying talent that will one day be able to take on the Elite Four single-handedly.

A month later, the city rookie tournament begins. Two months after that comes the national college entrance exam, and the Little Phoenix Cup is waiting over the summer break. The heirs of the great clans swagger around with their Starter Pokemon, while Ye Yuling's Eevee and Bai Yuning's Houndour become the center of attention. Lu Yuan quietly slips his Weedle into his pocket. The day it evolves into Beedrill, the whole city will learn what the Black Reaper means.
