Pokemon: Caterpie Evolves into Rayquaza!

Yun Xiao transmigrates to a parallel world where Pokemon are part of everyday life. He is so broke he can barely scrape by, and he is about to miss the Pokemon aptitude exam. At his lowest point, he binds to a god-tier modifier that can change Individual Values, Abilities, and evolution paths! The System gives him a Shiny Weedle egg with perfect Individual Values from the start, and its evolution path is locked directly to Rayquaza! It even throws in a Delta Meteorite, keeping Mega Evolution ready at any time!

But the egg will take 24 hours to hatch, and the exam is fast approaching. He rushes to the school's free giveaway area and picks up an unwanted Slakoth. It has Champion-level potential, but is stuck with the Truant Ability, making it so useless even the gate guard tells him to give up. Fortunately, during the System's newbie protection period, the requirements for changing its Ability are cut down to just level 10, where he can switch it to Huge Power! He activates the simulated secret realm, Evergreen Forest, and Slakoth grinds away with double experience, instantly reaching level 10. Truant is erased, and Huge Power comes online. One punch takes out a Pidgey of the same level!

But this is only an appetizer. The real trump card is still in his storage box: the unhatched Weedle that will evolve directly into Rayquaza at level 20! When the exam begins, everyone else will bring out their Starter Pokemon, while Yun Xiao will raise a hand and release Rayquaza. The examiners may well drop to their knees on the spot.
