You Asked Me to Take Apart My Graduation Project, So I Took the Whole University

On the day of his graduation defense, the panel of experts declared Chen Xu's four-year graduation project impractical and gave him a score of zero. The university ordered him to dismantle all the equipment beneath the old campus within ten minutes. Chen Xu glanced at the notice. "I can't dismantle it, because the underground section is only the foundation. The 217 buildings on top of it are my graduation project." Ten minutes later, the entire university rose into the sky as millions of netizens watched. Building a school on a deserted island, constructing a city beneath the sea, running a campus on the moon... Years later, when an interstellar civilization arrived on Blue Star, Chen Xu activated the three thousand academies spread across the solar system. "Sorry, the whole school has exams today. Outside civilizations aren't allowed in."
