Marvel: China's Demon Hunter Toys with Magneto

Wang Chen is killed when a bolt of purple light falls from the sky while he's delivering food. His soul crosses over to Marvel, where he's made a lab rat for the Sentinel Squad. Sixty-eight kinds of X-genes are forcibly injected into him, leaving his body ulcerated, bone spurs piercing his skin, and a tail growing from his grotesquely mutated body. The Hongmeng Mirror recognizes him as its master, letting him copy the cultivation of powerful beings across worlds, while crimson lotus karmic fire takes shape at his fingertips.

He breaks out of his cage, crushes a titanium alloy door with telekinesis, and burns down the entire underground base with karmic fire. A naval fleet opens fire, but Wang Chen hovers in midair and blocks every shell with one hand. With a flick of his fingers, he sends tons of ammunition flying back, sinking two warships.

S.H.I.E.L.D. sets its sights on him. Professor X can't detect his genetic signature, and Tony Stark hacks into the registry: "This guy's file is so clean, he doesn't even look alive." Magneto personally tries to recruit him: "Join the Brotherhood, and I'll take care of humanity for you."

Wang Chen lands on the deck atop a floating shell, the flame still burning at his fingertips. He glances at the magnetic throne approaching in the distance, then swirls the crimson lotus fire in his palm. "Take care of humanity? Move that pile of metal first. I don't want to burn your wheelchair."
