Prince of Tennis: I Take Down the Bullies and Settle Old Scores Upon My Return

At fourteen, Luo Chuan dominates Germany's U17 training camp, crushing tactical genius Q.P. 6-2 and 6-1. Polk clenches his fists in the stands. "There's only a hair's breadth between his ability and mine." Head coach Retru checks Luo Chuan's file, but the records from his three months with Japan's U17 team are completely blank, as if someone had deliberately erased them. Luo Chuan submits his departure request. "I'm going back to settle an old score."

Flying back to Tokyo, he passes by the Kanto Tournament semifinals, where Seigaku is losing 1-3 to Hyotei. Tezuka looks up and catches a fleeting glimpse of a figure in a black hoodie. "Luo Chuan?" At Fudomine's courts, senior regulars are bullying the newcomers, while Kamio and Fukushi crouch at the baseline, furious but afraid to speak up. Luo Chuan walks in and sends Harada flying with his first shot, then knocks down five more who rush at him with his second. Coach Morita leads the whole team in a counterattack. "You're not leaving today!" Just as Luo Chuan is about to fight back, Principal Kimoto appears in the doorway, staring at the injured players strewn across the ground and the tennis ball in Luo Chuan's hand. "What's going on here?" Luo Chuan turns around:

"Principal, the tennis club needs a new coach. And I'm signing up for the National Tournament."
