Dragon Ball: I Am Frieza, and I Will Crush the Saiyans!

He transmigrates as Frieza and, from the start, is sitting in a baby carriage, cackling, "Oh ho ho ho!" Other people transmigrate as Saiyans and get overpowered cheats. He, on the other hand, becomes the ultimate villain, a species that reproduces asexually.

First, he flies to the frozen wasteland of Planet Ice to break through to his final form, locking in a battle power of 120 million. Second, he teleports to Planet Yardrat and masters ki control and Instant Transmission in three days, getting the Stellar Transformation secret technique for free. Third, he arrives on Planet Namek, knocks Nail unconscious with a swing of his tail, and forces Grand Elder Guru to summon Porunga. His three wishes: grow thirty centimeters taller, unlock all his potential, and create an obedient clone.

King Cold takes advantage of his seclusion to steal the Dragon Ball plot. When Frieza emerges, he uses Instant Transmission to board the ship, drives a purple energy blade through his father's chest, and casually blasts the Ginyu Force away with five Death Beams. Slug has just finished eating the Tree of Might fruit and regained his youth. He's standing there cursing at the sky when Frieza floats down behind him, collecting the entire tree and its seeds. Looking down at the giant frozen in shock, he says:

"Saiyans call that a transformation? I call it beating them into the ground."
