After transmigrating to a Sky Island for ten years, Carlo awakens Observation Haki that covers the entire island! On the fateful night, he beats Enel to the punch and claims the legendary Rumble-Rumble Fruit!

He becomes lightning itself, a god! In this magnificent Great Pirate Era, he could have relied on the lightning fruit to rule the seas. Then one day, a Marine Admiral and the Four Emperors gather to ask how he can wield all Three Types of Haki and Devil Fruit Awakening at the same time.

Carlo raises his hand and summons ten thousand bolts of heavenly lightning, smiling calmly.

"What if I told you I was cheating?"
