Hong Kong Films: Starting with the Flame-Flame Fruit, I Recruit Feng Yuxiu

Zhou Yan's soul transmigrates into the Hong Kong action-film world of the 1980s, where he becomes a low-ranking member of Big B's crew in Hung Hing's Causeway Bay. The Godfather System arrives, and in its very first second, it gives him the Flame-Flame Fruit. One bite turns his body into fire, which he can control at will. Ba Bi, a three-hundred-jin Red Pole from Wo Kee, is blasted away with one punch. His chest hair burns off, and he sinks into the bath, never to surface again. The System rewards him with a Rolls-Royce Silver Spur and Feng Yuxiu, a crazed martial arts fanatic. Despite his crippled leg, Feng Yuxiu takes down dozens of men at the Sai Kung docks in a single exchange, and Big Fool, his mouth full of broken teeth, kneels and blurts out the car thief's name.

Big B favors Chan Ho-nam and tries to steal his spotlight, but one phone call from Chiang Tin-sang hands him the New Peacock nightclub to run. The five tigers of Causeway Bay wait by the back door all night for Ba Bi. When they hear the news, their faces turn green. Chicken gets splashed with muddy water and curses until he's hoarse. Chan Ho-nam watches, red-eyed, as Zhou Yan climbs into the Rolls-Royce and drives off. The Thirteenth Sister of Mong Kok asks him on the phone if he needs girls to support his venue. Looking out at the neon lights blazing brighter and brighter, Zhou Yan says, "All this place needs is a resident singer who can hold things together."
