High Martial: My Level Is Always One Above the Campus Beauty's

The System warned me: if I fail to meet my monthly quota for helping Tang Qianhe, my cultivation will be reset to zero for the month.

I read it word by word and gritted my teeth as I accepted it.

Then I started helping her day and night: helping her grab good food, helping her compete for resources, and beating up everyone who got in her way.

Tang Qianhe started looking at me differently.

She asked her roommate, "Is he trying to pursue me?"

I heard her and wanted to explain right then and there, but I opened my mouth three times and couldn't get a word out.

How could I explain? Tell her I was just trying to meet the System's quota?

Her talent is god-tier, and the whole school has its eyes on her. If I don't help her, someone will treat her like prey tomorrow.

...It has absolutely nothing to do with whether I like her.

Absolutely nothing.
