Hong Kong Crossover: The Easygoing Cop, Forced by the System to Become Police Commissioner

"Sir, there's been a murder!"

"What does that have to do with me? My shift's over today."

I'm Chan Ka Ho, a low-ranking cop in the West Kowloon Regional Crime Unit.

My dream is simple: start work on time, finish on time, get paid at the end of the month, and stay safe.

Unfortunately, heaven won't leave me alone.

Ding! The Slacker Cop System has been activated!

Host detected slacking off. Reward: Passive Case-Solving Skill: Solve cases while lying down!

Host wants to finish work on time. Reward: God-Tier Evasion: Every bullet in every shootout will miss you!

All I want is to be a slacker.

But this busted System insists on forcing me to become a legend in law enforcement.

Other cops run themselves ragged to solve cases. I take a nap, and the case is solved.

Other cops face a nine-in-ten chance of dying in a shootout. I yawn, and the bullets curve around me.

Other cops desperately suck up to their superiors. I talk back every day, and somehow keep getting promoted.

All the villains in Hong Kong's cinematic universe have gone crazy: How does this cop get stronger the lazier he is?

The laziest cop on Hong Kong Island, and the most legendary superintendent in all of Hong Kong.

I just want to clock out, but the System insists on making me the best cop around.
