One Piece: Stealing from the Heavens, Starting with a Digimon!

After transmigrating into the world of Pirate King, Wu Xie binds himself to the Cross-World Theft System: anything can be stolen, with no limits on type or world. His beginner's bonus hits the jackpot: he steals the Six Powers techniques that a Marines captain has spent years honing. His Finger Pistol punches through a wooden board like it's tofu, yet the System coldly rates him as Tier Zero: no fame, no status, and strength alone is useless.

He catches a ride on Garp's ship, knocks out a Marines lieutenant with one punch, and achieves his first cross-tier breakthrough. He also unlocks the Digimon world and randomly steals a Floating Floatmon. In Windmill Village, he meets Luffy, and a System mission pops up at the same time: become one of the Supernovas with a bounty of over one hundred million. His first target for a crewmate is none other than the master thief Carina, who doesn't appear until the Gold City arc.

Carina lays down her condition: steal Buggy the Clown's treasure and she'll join the crew. With a bounty of fifteen million, Buggy is a local overlord in the East Blue. But while Buggy is celebrating at a banquet, Wu Xie storms his headquarters and makes off with all the treasure. Buggy is still raising a glass to celebrate the success of his missile test, completely unaware that his hideout has been cleaned out. The Grand Line is waiting for Wu Xie to fleece it, and his next theft target is already on the way.
