Rule Loopholes: I Create the Laws of the Supernatural

The sky splits open, and the supernatural descends. More than a hundred rule-bound forbidden zones appear across the world. Each zone has a set of rules that must be obeyed, and anyone who breaks them dies.

Chen Mo, a struggling web novelist, awakens a bizarre ability in his rented apartment: the Rule Editor.

Analyze rules, spot loopholes, create new rules.

While others fight for their lives in the forbidden zones, he flips through the rulebook to look for loopholes.

While others flee from the supernatural, he writes a rule that makes it stand still and face punishment.

Rule One: Harming humans is forbidden.

Rule Two: Rule One does not apply to me.

When the National Anomaly Management Bureau finds him, the voice on the phone says: You are currently the only known Rule Maker in the world.

Chen Mo looks at the crack in the sky and smiles.

- The curtain's torn? Then I'll write a new one.
