Kamen Rider: Devour Giff's Power and Infiltrate the Noah Base

After losing his memory, Lan Guanghong was captured by the Noah Base and used as an experimental subject for demons. On the operating table, he not only kept his sanity, but turned around and devoured the power of the progenitor demon Giff. He also gained a sharp-tongued demon named Falia inside him.

During the battle on the bridge, Shiroba Junpei cornered him. Lan Guanghong pinned him to the ground and nearly smashed his belt with a punch. Falia stopped him. "If the belt breaks, you'll die too." Junpei took the chance to kick him away, and both of them unleashed their finishing moves, bringing the bridge crashing down. Lan Guanghong was about to run when he heard a girl calling out as she moved stones to rescue people. Cursing under his breath, he doubled back, knocked Junpei unconscious with a chop, and carried him off.

Yukimi Igarashi of the Happy Spa took them in. Curry rice and a hot bath: for the first time, Lan Guanghong felt that escaping might not be the end of the road.

Noah's pursuers came charging in, and Yukimi hid Junpei in a bath barrel. Lan Guanghong faced the entire armed force alone, transformed into Bel, and let his cape billow in the wind. "I hate it when people point guns at me."

Today, the power he had devoured from Giff would make Noah pay it all back, with interest.
