Hong Kong Films: Burning with Passion, I Rule Hong Kong

In 1980s Causeway Bay, a young man named Gao Tianyu burst onto the scene!

Kun's cousin, two hundred thousand in cash, a gold Rolex, a bright red suit... With a show like that, even the top Red Pole had to step aside!

But what this big shot did left the entire underworld baffled. He led eighty-eight suited-up gangsters to Portland Street and started doing "urban management"!

He cracked down on spitting, fined people for dropping cigarette butts, and policed public urination and defecation, all for "damaging Portland Street's image of civility"!

Sister Thirteen nearly spat blood on the spot: "I've been in this business for years, and this is the first time I've seen anyone run a campaign to clean up the neighborhood on my turf!"

Kun was even more furious, until he heard the fines totaled over thirty thousand Hong Kong dollars. Brother Kun's expression changed in an instant: "Keep collecting! Don't let a single guy off!" This was one of a kind in the underworld!
