It shows Ksitigarbha's determination and responsibility to not forget his original intention, make great vows, and continue to practice "If I don't go to hell, who will?" The whole article closely follows the principles of scriptures and legal principles, and is run through with family affection, vows, and cause and effect, completing a tragic and complete closed loop of great wishes.
