Ultraman: My Split Personality Transmigrates Across Worlds

On the day Lin Yan is diagnosed with dissociative identity disorder, more than a hundred of his alternate personalities mysteriously disappear, transmigrating to different Ultraman universes. Trapped in his hospital bed, he somehow becomes the shared "infinite respawn point" for all of them.

And so, the cross-temporal group chat for the mentally ill livestreams their outrageous antics every day:

The Showa-era dads all go looking for their long-lost children. On O-50's snowy mountains, they pull off an endless-falling-off-cliffs routine. One even gets a monster to eat him over and over until it dies of indigestion. They con their way into free dark powers and shamelessly fleece the forces of light.

As the Land of Light's wanted notice for fraudsters and Belial's bounty notice flash through his mind at the same time, one personality, having just accepted Noah as his adoptive father, laughs wildly and rallies the troops:

"All forces, move out! Our next target: clean out Ultraman King's retirement home!"

Infinite respawns and shameless cons across universes, a guide to moral bankruptcy
