On the eve of the Summit War, the Heavenly Dao's Golden Rankings descend upon the world of One Piece! A ranking of the sea's strongest men with powerful connections begins, shocking the whole world from the start! At first, people thought Straw Hat Luffy was just a Super Rookie with a bit of strength.

Then the ranking videos were revealed, and the whole world's perception was turned upside down!

First powerful connection: Dragon of the Revolutionary Army! The world's most heinous criminal is his own father!

Second powerful connection: Red-Haired Shanks, one of the Four Emperors! The wielder of the world's strongest Haki is his guide!

Third powerful connection: Shirahoshi, the Mermaid Princess! The Ancient Weapon capable of destroying the world is his biggest fangirl! And that's not all!

The Marine hero Garp is his grandfather, Dark King Rayleigh is his teacher, and Empress Hancock wants to marry him. Even the Sun God Nika is none other than Luffy himself! Sengoku breaks down: "This isn't executing a pirate, it's walking straight into a hornet's nest!"

Kaido: "You call this guy a rookie? He's a prince out slumming in disguise!"

When the Grand Fleet of five thousand ships gathers, with Shanks, Whitebeard, and the Revolutionary Army all at his back,

Luffy tilts his head and grins: "I just wanted to become King of the Pirates. Why are you all kneeling?"
