Hong Kong Crossover: The Great Crime Lord and His Crew of Tough Guys!

Lin Chen returns to Hong Kong with a guide to opportunities in the Hong Kong film and television world.

Armed with the memories of a master detective from his past life, an encyclopedic knowledge of Hong Kong movies, and an almost godlike perspective, he always shows up at just the right moment when tough guys get into trouble or beautiful women are in danger.

He has the backing of three senior police superintendents, including Liang Ziwei. He has a team of top fighters, including Chan Ka-kui, Chow Sing-sing, Tian Yangsheng, and Fung Yu-sau. And he has beauties like Ho Man, the Wonder Women, and Lok Wai-chun at his side.

He brings heroes to heel, is ruthless when necessary, and stays true to those he cares about.

Starting out as a trainee inspector, within a few years he has a team of people who can all stand on their own, with even the lowest-ranking among them holding the rank of superintendent.

At the same time, he supports his younger brother Lin Jiang as he rises to the top of Hong Kong's triads and takes control of the underworld.

His rivals try to use seniority to put him in his place? By the next day, they're forced into retirement! Even the governor is powerless. If Lin Chen loses his position, the police force will go on strike, the triads will be thrown into turmoil, and order across Hong Kong will be in jeopardy.

A legend in the police force and an underworld kingpin, he expands his influence across Hong Kong and Northeast Asia, reaching into Southeast Asia and becoming the ultimate power broker across law enforcement, the underworld, and even the international arena.

The timeline in this Hong Kong film and television world is a little chaotic. With so many beautiful women in Hong Kong movies, the protagonist will have a whole lot of women. If that's not your thing, don't read.
