Hong Kong Films: The Crime Lord with a Gang of Fearsome Henchmen!

Lin Chen returns to Hong Kong with a guide to the opportunities of the Hong Kong crime-film universe.

The memories of a master detective from his past life, his love of Hong Kong movies, and his god's-eye view mean he's always there at the crucial moment when a tough guy falls into trouble or a beauty is in danger.

He's backed by three senior police commissioners, including Liang Ziwei; he has a team of tough guys like Chan Ka-kui, Chow Sing-sing, Tin Yang-sang, and Fung Yu-sau; and he's accompanied by beauties like Ho Man, the Wonder Women, and Lok Wai-chun.

He brings the heroes around to his side, acts decisively, and values loyalty and bonds.

He starts as a probationary inspector. A few years later, every one of his subordinates can hold their own, and even the lowest-ranking among them is a police superintendent.

At the same time, he helps his younger brother Lin Jiang rise to the top of Hong Kong's criminal underworld and take control of its underground order.

His opponents try to use seniority to put him in his place? By the next day, they're forced into retirement! Even the Governor of Hong Kong is powerless. If Lin Chen loses power, the police force will go on strike, the gangs will descend into chaos, and Hong Kong's entire order will be at risk.

A legendary police career and a criminal empire rise in parallel. His influence sweeps across Hong Kong and Northeast Asia, reaches into Southeast Asia, and makes him the ultimate kingpin across law enforcement, the underworld, and even the international arena.

The timeline in this Hong Kong crime-film universe is a bit chaotic. With so many beautiful women in these movies, the protagonist will have a whole lot of women, so don't read if that's not your thing.
