You Asked Me to Reform the Navy, So I Arrested the Five Elders?

Norton transmigrates into the world of One Piece and becomes the highest-ranking officer in the Navy Headquarters' Inspectorate, awakening the "Order and Justice System."

As long as he executes criminals and purges scum, he can unlock the Sosuke Aizen template and obtain top-tier Haki and the Illusion-Illusion Fruit!

And so, an "elegant butcher" is born, one who terrifies pirates and makes the Marines break out in a cold sweat.

Fleet Admiral Sengoku: "Norton, that rat of a captain in the East Blue is embezzling funds. Go give him a warning."

Norton: "Don't worry. I know what to do."

The next day, Sengoku stares at the captain executed in public and the emptied-out Cocoyasi Village, dumbfounded. "I told you to warn him! Who told you to slaughter the whole branch? And what happened to the hundred million Berries?"

When the Five Elders order the elimination of every destabilizing element,

Norton removes his gold-rimmed glasses, draws Kyoka Suigetsu, and lays its blade against the Five Elders' necks.

"Under the Code of Justice, you stand accused of manipulating history and crimes against humanity. Gentlemen, please go spend your retirement in Impel Down."

The whole world is stunned: We told you to reform the Marines, not bring down the World Government!
