Journey to the West: You Asked Me to Be a Mount, but I Spent My Way to Sainthood

In my previous life, I worked 996 and dropped dead at my desk. In this life, I transmigrated into a dragon, only for Guanyin to force me to become a mount and keep working? That made me furious!

But when the Merit Tycoon System activated, I realized... this job was way too good!

As a mount, I earned a steady 1,000 merit points a day, paid daily with no delays! My boss, Tang Sanzang, was kind and gentle, and never played mind games with me! My coworker Sun Wukong was so capable that he handled every KPI all by himself!

This wasn't the Eighty-One Tribulations, it was a paid vacation in paradise!

By day, I carried Tang Sanzang along at a leisurely pace and enjoyed my passive income. At night, I opened the System shop and quietly paid to upgrade.

Coworker Sun Wukong: "Demon, take my staff!"

Me: "Ding! Congratulations, Host! Your coworker has completed a major KPI for you. Reward: 5 million merit points!"

Watching the balance in my account soar, I shed tears of joy, and a few happy dragon tears. What's the point of dragon pride or defying fate when making money while lying down feels this good?

This is the life! I could keep working on the Journey to the West until the end of time!
