Zhang Shouyi, a Little Zhengyi Taoist

My name is Zhang Shouyi. I was born in the 1980s and have lived in a mountain village all my life. The men in the Zhang family have been Taoist priests of the Zhengyi Sect for generations, and I'm the fourth generation. Until I was sixteen, I grew up surrounded by the scent of incense, watching Grandpa draw talismans and chant incantations, thinking it was all just ordinary country life. Then, that year, strange things started happening at the village reservoir. For the first time, Grandpa solemnly placed a compass in my hands and took me out to "lend a hand"... From then on, I began my true path of cultivation. I started with everyday rural matters, from protecting pregnancies and relocating graves to suppressing evil spirits. Later, I traveled through the cities, unraveling feng shui dilemmas and battling evil cultivators and demonic forces. Using the Taoist arts passed down through my family, I protect the peace of the people around me in this mortal world, while seeking to uncover the mysteries and mission of the Zhengyi Sect.
