Siheyuan: From Apprentice Worker to Father of the Space Program

A power fantasy of advancing the nation through science and crushing the courtyard bullies

Reborn in 1960, Lin Feng, once a chief aerospace engineer in his previous life, becomes an apprentice at a steel mill. From the start, he's thrown into hell mode: his younger sister is gravely ill, his wages are meager, and the whole courtyard treats him like a pushover.

Luckily, the nation's aerospace System comes online just in time! For his sister's medical bills, and for the sea of stars in his heart, Lin Feng rises from humble beginnings!

It all starts with a technical skills competition, where he amazes the crowd and makes a name for himself throughout the factory! Using a family-taught "folk remedy" for tempering metal, he humiliates Yi Zhonghai, an eighth-grade fitter!

He punches Silly Zhu in the south and kicks Xu Damao in the north, clearing away every obstacle. Step by step, he rises from apprentice to chief engineer, then becomes a founding figure in the nation's aerospace industry!

When the mushroom cloud rises and satellites take to the skies, Lin Feng looks back at the little courtyard where he grew up. The world has already been transformed.
