Purified Heart

The Lin family of a small Jiangnan town is wiped out. Carrying clues left by his father, Lin Feng sets out on the path of revenge. After suffering setbacks when he first enters the martial world, he is taken in by the Weiyuan Escort Agency, then joins the Qingyun Sword Sect and unexpectedly obtains a fragment of the Clear Breeze Art.

He goes through all manner of trials: making a name for himself at the Sunset Banquet, being hunted by the Blood Shadow Sect, and traveling with the herb-gatherer Su Wan'er. At the Tianying Gathering, his identity is exposed and sparks a clash. After falling into a river, he lies low in the frontier. Later, he ventures into the mountains, meets an unnamed old monk, and learns the Pure Heart Art, rebuilding his foundations and greatly increasing his strength.

Lin Feng returns to the martial world and unites righteous and unrighteous forces to fight the Western Regions' Heavenly Wolf Sect.
