How Did I End Up Transmigrating to Daqing?

I woke up to discover that I had transmigrated into the Emperor of Daqing. But who knew the job would be so difficult? I start off with power in the hands of officials outside the capital, assassins coming after me, and floods and droughts crashing down all at once. Standing on the dragon throne, I look at the terror on the ministers' faces, and a plan gradually takes shape in my mind. For the assassins, I order the Embroidered Uniform Guard to hunt them down with all their might, while secretly investigating the forces behind them. I'll get to the root of the problem and wipe them out. As for the floods and droughts, I order officials throughout the land to open the granaries and distribute food to the disaster victims. I also mobilize manpower and resources to build irrigation works and reinforce the dikes. Though I came here by transmigration, I will make sure the people of this realm can live in peace and prosperity!
