Blade in the Dark

In 1942, in Jiangcheng under Japanese and puppet-regime rule, various factions engage in a deadly struggle over the top-secret Operation Cherry Blossom. 1942, Jiangcheng. The heavy darkness of night blankets this city under Japanese and puppet-regime rule. The Yangtze flows silently through the darkness, occasionally glimmering with faint phosphorescence. Searchlights at the docks cut across the night sky, sweeping every corner like the eyes of demons. The air reeks of river water and coal smoke, mingled with the shouts in Japanese drifting from afar.
