Stop Overworking, Lord Lin! The Entire Court Is Going Bald

Lin Yu was worked to the bone by the modern world's 996 grind and its so-called blessing of hard work. When he opens his eyes, he's become a young scholar in ancient times. He's overjoyed: "Thanks for asking. I'm in ancient times, ready to lie flat. Please don't disturb me!"

But then...

He can't stand the sight of his mother's ledgers, all a muddled mess! "Mom, let me show you how to keep accounts with spreadsheets!"

He can't stand the servants slacking off and blaming one another! "Come on, let's set some KPIs and put a performance review system in place!"

He can't stand his colleagues taking forever to write a memorial to the throne! "How about a flowchart and a Gantt chart?"

He can't stand the emperor being stumped by a difficult problem! "Your Majesty, allow this humble minister to analyze it with a SWOT framework."

Years later, the court officials, driven nearly bald by his "optimization" using modern management techniques, kneel together and plead:

"Lord Lin, please take a break! We really can't keep up anymore!"

"Your Majesty! Please give Lord Lin some time off! If he doesn't lie flat soon, we're going to lose our minds!"
