Navy: The Lazy Enforcer of Justice

A sudden upheaval quietly descends upon the world of One Piece. The once-lazy and carefree admiral, always smoking a cigar while stretched out in his deck chair, is pushed to the center of power by a series of accidents. He may seem frivolous, but he's secretly a master strategist. Amid the conflict between pirates and the navy, he reshapes the balance of the world in his own unique way and launches a legendary era of his own making.
