A Comparison of Two Nezhas: Demon Child Nezha Shocks the Heavenly Court!

Just as Sun Wukong is about to fight Nezha,

a dual-comparison sky screen descends upon the world of Journey to the West. The one being compared is Nezha.

Nezha of the Spirit Pearl and Nezha of the Demon Orb appear side by side on the sky screen!

In the Spirit Pearl version, Nezha is born as the Spirit Pearl incarnate. But this identity makes him arrogant and unruly, and he receives little guidance. He wreaks havoc in the Eastern Sea with the Red Armillary Sash. When Ao Bing comes to confront him, Nezha kills him and pulls out his dragon tendons, bringing disaster upon Chentang Pass.

But in the Demon Child version, although Nezha is born as the Demon Orb incarnate, outside influences lead him down the path of vanquishing demons. To save a human girl, he takes the initiative to hunt down the Sea Yaksha. In the end, he even turns Ao Bing from an enemy into a friend, and they face the heavenly tribulation together.

After seeing how Nezha of the Spirit Pearl and Nezha of the Demon Orb, despite their different origins, lead utterly different lives because of Ao Bing, the many factions of the Heavenly Court are stunned.

Yang Jian: "Looking at it now, Ao Bing may have spoken recklessly, but Nezha went too far as well!"

Sun Wukong: "The immortals actually use demons as ingredients for their pills? That hypocrite Wuliang Xianweng really deserves a taste of my old Sun's methods!"
