I Asked You to Write About Diplomacy, and You Wrote 'Pursue Them to the Ends of the Earth'?

Su Bai opened his eyes to discover he'd transmigrated, and was competing in a global creative-writing contest!

Contestants had to create a work based on the judges' prompt.

When the show gave them the theme of diplomacy, all the other contestants wrote about humiliating diplomatic encounters, focusing on reminiscing about past hardships and appreciating the present.

But Su Bai instead recalled the Han Dynasty envoys of his past life, whose diplomacy was as forceful as that of the modern-day "War Wolf" films.

At first, viewers thought it was just an ordinary diplomatic incident, but the more they watched, the stranger it seemed.

The envoy sent to Nanyue had once been the lover of the Nanyue Empress Dowager, and tried to overthrow the Nanyue regime!

The envoy sent to Loulan even killed the King of Loulan right there in court!

The internet erupted: "The theme is diplomacy, and you write about a diplomat rekindling an old romance with the empress dowager?"

The production team was going crazy too: "We asked you to write about diplomacy. Why is your diplomat pulling a knife and killing a king?"

Nanyue killed Han envoys and was divided into nine commanderies. Dayuan killed Han envoys and hung their heads at the Northern Gate!

When Chaoxian killed Han envoys, it was annihilated at once. The Chanyu dared not kill Han envoys, or there'd be no royal court left south of the desert!

"Those who dare offend the mighty Han, no matter how far away, must be punished!"
