Shooting a Ghost Beneath the Yin-Yang Tree

Mysteries and marvels, customs, the martial world, and occult arts.

Magic, history, half-immortals, and rebirth.

The fantastic is full of wondrous folkways;

The people of the martial world command wind and rain.

In this fantasy world, cultivators are ranked by the good deeds and impurities they accumulate:

Women: Two good deeds earn a Beauty Portrait;

two impurities earn an Ugly Woman Portrait.

Men: Two good deeds count as a Minor Merit and light a Netherworld lamp on the forehead;

two Minor Merits make a Medium Merit, granting a hand-club when called upon;

two Medium Merits make a Major Merit, and even a Vajra Guardian Beast fears you.
