Planting My Flag Across Hong Kong Island, Starting with Turning on Chen Haonan

Lin Shen transmigrated to the world of Hong Kong movies.

For twenty years, he endured humiliation and scraped by on the meager rewards from his starter System, barely surviving for seven or eight years.

At last, during a meeting of the Hung Hing bosses,

Big B backed Chan Ho-nam to become the top dog of Causeway Bay.

The System chimed in: the Ultimate Betrayal System.

"Chan Ho-nam, isn't your whole career built on selling out your brothers, seducing your second sister-in-law, and turning against your own people?"

Congratulations, Host, successful betrayal! Reward: one golden kidney and 20 million Hong Kong dollars.

From then on, Lin Shen kept betraying people as he drifted through the worlds of Hong Kong crime films, moving among cops, gangsters, and triads with ease and living it up.

Thirty years later, after the underlings Lin Shen had personally sent to prison one by one got out,

they stared blankly at Comrade Lin Shen, "East Bay City Committee Member," on the television,

then burst into furious curses:

"Damn it, you promised we'd plant our gang's flag all over Hong Kong Island!"

"Who would've thought you'd plant the Party flag instead!"
