Making Games: I Made Black Myth: Wukong and Won Game of the Year

Entrepreneurship, game design, livestreaming, and everyday life.

This novel designs its plot by combining popular trends from the video game industry.

In his previous life, Zhao Xin watched the TGA Game of the Year award go to Astro Bot instead of Black Myth: Wukong!

Zhao Xin ranted about corruption at the awards, inadvertently activating a System and transmigrating to a parallel world!

There, he also gets a Player Rage System! As long as he makes players rage and sparks intense emotional reactions, Zhao Xin earns development points to make new games!

Cat Mario costs 50 points! Getting Over It costs 100! I Am Surrounded by Beauties costs 50!

...Wait, Black Myth: Wukong costs 810,000 points?

Coming to terms with reality, Zhao Xin decides to build his standing in the game industry one step at a time. He may not be able to reach the top overnight, but the game industry is worth devoting his life to!

When Zhao Xin imagines that one day he'll make a triple-A game like Black Myth: Wukong, he gets so excited that he can barely keep a grin off his face!

Feng Ji and Yang Qi never made it big! Neither did Hidetaka Miyazaki! Now it's my turn!
