Me, a Squib, the Strongest Professor of Magical Creatures

"Karsas, I'm inviting you to teach at Hogwarts. Here's the invitation and the contract!"

Dumbledore promptly handed him two envelopes.

"What?"

Karsas, who had always been expressionless, finally turned to look at him.

"I think you heard me clearly!"

A hint of amusement appeared in Dumbledore's eyes.

"Me, Karsas, a seventeen-year-old minor, a Hogwarts dropout, a Squib, an Azkaban alumnus... You're inviting me to teach at Hogwarts? Have you gotten that senile? I thought wizards didn't get dementia!"

Karsas looked utterly incredulous.

It was the most outrageous thing he'd ever heard in his life.

A Hogwarts dropout.

A Squib.

An escapee from Azkaban.

The Ministry of Magic's officially recognized number-one terrorist.

And only seventeen years old.

With all those buffs stacked up, even Karsas felt sorry for himself.

How could Dumbledore even ask?

"That's right. You're the only one who can teach Care of Magical Creatures!"

Dumbledore smiled.
