You Were Supposed to Make It Rain, So Why Are Underpants Falling from the Sky?

Su Yun transmigrates and becomes a warehouse manager at the armed forces department of the Shancheng Meteorological Bureau.

After activating a Black Technology System, he secretly modifies every rainfall cannon and shell in the warehouse to complete the System's missions.

With Shancheng suffering a prolonged drought, his superiors issue an urgent order to carry out a rainfall mission.

And so, Su Yun's modified equipment is hauled onto the launch site.

Because of the drought, it has taken hundreds of shells to produce even a light shower in previous years.

This year, after only a few rounds of salvo fire, everyone is stunned.

"Holy crap! This isn't right!"

"What the hell? Where did those dark clouds come from? They've surrounded all of Shancheng!"

"Stop firing! Hurry up and notify everyone to prepare for a flood!"

Soon, a violent storm descends, and the sudden downpour isn't the only thing that leaves Shancheng's residents in despair.

Even more embarrassing is...

Holy crap, the underpants I just hung out to dry have been blown into the sky!!!
