Honkai: The Depressing Simulated Firefly Gets Cut Down and Brought to Tears

After transmigrating into the world of Honkai: Star Rail, Bai Heng awakens the Character-Slaying Simulator. As long as he gets himself killed, he can receive a corresponding reward.

Bai Heng has this to say:

I don't make the knives. I'm just the one who delivers them.

On the dreamworld planet Penacony, he turns into a shooting star that flashes past in front of Firefly.

On May 16, he meets Firefly in the Golden Hour, Penacony's most bustling district.

On May 18, he and Firefly visit the Hour of the Sun, home to Penacony's largest museum.

Firefly is the best.

In the eternal city of Belobog, as the Stellaron's radiance consumes everything, he lets go of Bronya's hand.

"Bronya, the hand you need to hold onto is no longer mine." In the lawless, danger-ridden Heavenly Garment Five, with his life about to fade, he gives Kafka his final order.

"Listen to me. Forget me."

When the simulation ends, he wears a ... expression.
