I Asked You to Substitute Teach, So Why Are You Teaching Students the Seventy-Two Transformations?

Reborn in a world of high martial arts, Su Zi'an becomes a university librarian and accidentally discovers that the library's back door leads to another world!

Unfortunately, he has only ordinary talent. After joining an immortal sect in that other world for three years, he's still at the Qi Refining stage.

One day, his teacher happens to be away, and the school asks him to substitute for the class.

Looking at the students who think so highly of themselves, Su Zi'an scoffs.

"I've been a librarian for years. I may not know the Heavenly Serpent Body Tempering Method, but I read a book in the library called the Golden Core Qi Refining Method."

"Refine essence into qi, refine qi into spirit, refine spirit to return to emptiness, and return to emptiness to unite with the Dao. It's far superior to the martial arts you practice!"

The students hear him and immediately begin cultivating.

And streams of magical power appear inside Su Zi'an!

The students cultivate, and he cultivates too?

Su Zi'an shamelessly begs the immortal sect's patriarch to grant him new cultivation techniques.

"The Seventy-Two Earthly Transformations!"

"The Great Celestial Immortal Art!"

What?

The immortal sect in that other world is actually Mount Fangcun, and I've become Sun Wukong's senior fellow disciple?
