I'm Eight Years Old. Please Let Me Go Home to Lead the Ancestor-Worship Ceremony!

Fang Yuan transmigrates to a parallel world and is reborn in the body of an eight-year-old child, becoming the person with the highest seniority in the whole village.

On the eve of Qingming Festival, he takes leave to return to the village and oversee the South China F3 ancestor worship ceremony.

Ritual shop owner: "Kid, we've got the latest paper iPhones. Want to buy one to burn for your ancestor?"

Fang Yuan: "Will they know how to use it if I burn it for them?"

"Steve Jobs went down there himself to teach them. What are you worrying about?"

Fang Yuan: "Fair enough. I'll take one."

"How about a phone case too? It's pretty damp down there."

Fang Yuan: "Sure!"

"And a pair of Bluetooth earbuds. They just brought in new traffic rules down there, and they're strict about using your phone while driving."

"Get a charger too, in case the phone runs out of battery. You wouldn't want your ancestor coming to find you."

"That would be the least of your worries. If he tells you to send him one, now that's a problem."

Fang Yuan: "All right, I'll take them all. And give me your business card too."

Shop owner: "Why do you want my business card?"

Fang Yuan: "I'll burn it for my ancestor. If there's a problem with the phone, I can have him come to you for after-sales service!"
