Japanese Light Novel: A Monster Girl's Travel Diary

On the frontier of the Empire of Enobasa lies a vast forest.

The forest teems with life, but deep within it lurk terrifying monsters and man-eating creatures.

A monster girl lives in that forest.

Since few people ever enter the woods, she is always alone.

Every now and then, though, an adventurer ventures in to seek something hidden there.

"Someone... please... save me..."

The monster girl calls out to them from the shadows.

When the adventurers approach her out of pity, she hoists them up with her vines and devours them.

Her scientific name is the mimic man-eating flower.

She has a name of her own: Lolisa.

And the friend who named her has recently taken to sowing lily seeds...
