In Journey to the West, Starting by Marrying a Ten-Year-Old Bride

A pure Journey to the West story. The world is based on Journey to the West, with no involvement of the Primordial Wilderness or Investiture of the Gods!

After transmigrating into the world of Journey to the West as Cheng Chuliang, second son of the Tang Dynasty's Duke of Lu, Cheng Yaojin, Cheng Chuliang decides that this world is far too difficult.

Between Heaven and Earth are the Five Immortals: Heaven, Earth, Human, Divine, and Ghost; and the Five Kinds of Creatures: scaled, feathered, furred, winged, and crawling. There are also the Four Apes: the Stone Monkey of Spiritual Understanding, the Long-Armed Ape, the Red-Rumped Horse Monkey, and the Six-Eared Macaque.

The Dao School has 360 subsidiary paths. Each can lead to enlightenment, but none can grant eternal life.

The Great Way of the Golden Elixir is the most profound. Without meeting a true master who can pass on its wondrous secrets, all one can do is talk until one's tongue is dry!

Becoming an immortal is hard, becoming a god is hard, and living forever is harder still.

See how Cheng Chuliang, armed with heaven-defying comprehension, finds a true path to eternal life for himself and all living beings in this Journey to the West world, where every creature seeks salvation.

Thirty thousand years later.

The Age of the End of Dharma descends. Heaven and Earth grow dim, and all things fall into ruin. Immortals, Buddhas, gods, and demons all sink into decline.

Cheng Chuliang sits cross-legged above the Thirty-Third Heaven, gazing down at all living beings. He says quietly, "Eternal life was never my wish. Heaven and Earth are nothing but a cage. Chaos is so vast. I want to go out and see it."
