Short-Video Craftsmanship: You Call That Mecha a Gundam?

Su Bei transmigrated into the body of a university researcher about to graduate. Short on funding, he planned to follow the example of DIY bloggers and promote his research to raise money.

“Hello, everyone! I’m Su Bei, a craftsman. Here’s a little thing I’ve been working on!”

Su Bei brought out a small Gundam robot, which ran stiffly on a treadmill.

“A Gundam? Anyone with a background in mechanical engineering can build one. Its movements are way too stiff!”

A few days later, an agile Gundam appeared before everyone’s eyes, and even performed a set of tai chi right in front of them.

“Blogger, if you’ve got the guts, make it fly!”

Before long, an anti-gravity system was installed, too.

“It’s too small. If you’re going to build one, make a full-scale version!”

“It doesn’t have any weapons. Add a laser weapon!”

At first, people didn’t take it seriously, until Su Bei piloted the Gundam and blasted one of Eagle Sauce Nation’s satellites out of the sky with a laser cannon. The internet exploded.

The netizens’ demands kept getting more outrageous:

“What? Gundams aren’t interesting? You want me to build a starship?”
