I Transmigrated as an Aged Wolverine and Published the Mutant Declaration of Independence

When Logan woke from a nap, he discovered that his soul had entered the body of the aged Wolverine, Logan Howlett.

After witnessing the old Wolverine's fall from grace firsthand and learning of his despair at being powerless, Logan convinced Wolverine to give him the body.

Once he took over, he discovered that his outsider soul had also gained the ability to synthesize things without limit, thanks to the X-gene.

Synthesize an Adamantium skeleton to solve the problem of his weakened healing factor.

Synthesize Caliban's X-gene to gain the ability to track mutants.

On a Pacific island, synthesize a cure for the X-gene and create a homeland for mutants.

If you won't accept mutants, then I'll lead them in declaring independence!
