Seafaring: Ranking the Top Ten Hypocrites from the Start

After transmigrating to the world of One Piece, Luo Lun awakens a ranking System.

It allows him to create rankings and reveal them to the public.

His first ranking is the Top Ten Despicable Hypocrites:

NO. 10, Crocodile. To the public, he is a hero of the Kingdom of Alabasta, but in truth, he is a pirate who tried to steal the country.

NO. 9, Blackbeard Teach. He lay low for 28 years to get the Dark-Dark Fruit he wanted, then ambushed and killed his friend Thatch. He is the very picture of treachery and deceit.

NO. 8, Whitebeard Newgate. He would sacrifice the entire Whitebeard Pirates to save Ace, yet he wouldn't avenge Thatch by hunting down Blackbeard.

NO. 4, Dragon of the Revolutionary Army. He personally takes charge of rescuing his son, yet coldly ignores his comrades. His close comrade was enslaved as a Celestial Dragon's sex slave for two whole years. A true clown and the number one hypocrite.

NO. 3, Monkey D. Luffy...

When all ten despicable hypocrites are finally revealed:

Aokiji: I'm done being a Marine. I'm going to become a pirate.

Whitebeard: I really do deserve to die.

Luffy: I did nothing wrong. I got what I deserved.

Rayleigh: Now you see what a clown I am, don't you?

Citizens: Where is true justice?
