Attack on Titan: I'm Mikasa's Older Brother

In a forest somewhere in the Shiganshina District, on the other side of Wall Maria, six-year-old Mikasa follows Mr. Ackerman to gather firewood.

“Dad, look! There’s someone here!” Little Mikasa, collecting firewood, sees a person in the bushes and turns to shout to her father.

“Where?”

“Right here, Mikasa.” Little Mikasa points to the person lying in front of her.

Mr. Ackerman looks at the little boy lying there, his face full of surprise. Then he says to Mikasa, “Mikasa, we have to take him home.”

“Why, Dad? Why do we have to take him home?”

“What if his family is gathering firewood in this forest too?”

“Mikasa, he might not have any family.”

“Huh???”

Mr. Ackerman steps forward, picks up the boy, and examines him. He finds that the boy has only passed out.

Then he calls to little Mikasa, who is still staring blankly. “Come on.”

“Okay.” Little Mikasa picks up the firewood that fell to the ground.
