In a Kingdom Ruled by Women: I Just Became the Top Scholar, and the Female Chancellor Is Forcing Me to Marry

Lin Ling transmigrates to a world where the Song dynasty is ruled by women. From the start, he disguises himself as a woman to take the imperial examination.

He befriends fellow candidate Zhao Zhilan, and the two stroll arm in arm along the Bian River.

He heroically steps in to help the Lin family's husband, beats up Gao Yanei, and makes an enemy of Grand Commandant Gao.

Lin Ling refuses to marry the female chancellor's son, so she retaliates by exposing that he is a man.

The empress wants to bring him into her harem, but he refuses and angrily denounces her as an incompetent ruler on the spot.

In no time, Lin Ling becomes famous throughout the land and a role model to men everywhere.

After his scholarly honors are revoked, Lin Ling travels to Jingyang Ridge and downs eighteen bowls with Wu Erniang.

Lin Ling: "Erniang, let's really drink it up today. Tonight, I'll show you how to tear a tiger apart with my bare hands."

Wu Erniang: "Master Lin is truly a remarkable man for this age!"
