Showbiz: I Cast an Idol, and the Celestial Beauty Proposes to Me

After transmigrating to a parallel world, Lin Long became an unknown director.

Thanks to a perk from the System, he was selected as a lucky contestant director for Dragon Nation's top variety show, an all-year live-streamed idol drama filmed and broadcast as it was made.

In previous years, the show paired four directors with four celebrity actresses by lottery.

The lottery also assigned them idol-drama scripts adapted from different famous IPs.

The dramas were filmed and broadcast as they were made.

The rules changed for the new year. One lucky contestant director and one celebrity actor were added.

The lucky contestant director had to direct and star in the drama, and the production team wouldn't provide a script.

As it happened, Lin Long drew Liu Tianxian.

Liu Tianxian's face turned ashen. “Am I really this unlucky?”

Boss Yang: “Hehe, congratulations!”

Zhao Lusi: “Pfft, enjoy yourself, Fei...”

Not long after, the idol drama Full House became a hit across Asia.

Liu Tianxian: “Longlong, marry me...”

Lin Long: “It's just a TV drama... Don't take it seriously, Fei!”
