Seafaring: A Hero, a Hero of the People

Gol D. Roger, the source of the world's chaos, filled this wretched and unjust world with slaughter with just one sentence. The Four Blues, the Grand Line, the New World: every island was teeming with pirates and the carnage they wrought. Countless ordinary people died beneath the pirates' blades.

The people were already being exploited by the nobility. Because of the Pirate King's words, they now had to worry about the nobles and remain on guard day and night against threats from the sea. Their lives became even more precarious, and their very lives were in danger. They desperately hoped that someone, anyone, would step forward as a hero and put an end to this chaotic and unjust world.
